These are the most common things I hear from my clients the first time we meet.
My clients tell me they see me as their trusted advisor and thank me for helping them define their life goals and put together a comprehensive plan of action to make them happen while holding them accountable. They also tell me they appreciate my 24/7 availability, my knowledge of their specific life circumstances, my objectivity and financial expertise.
I started in this field in 1986, one year before the 1987 stock market crash. After seeing that panic and how it impacted people's financial lives, I decided to pursue a career in the newly emerging field of financial planning. I have been a practicing Certified Financial Planner since 1990. In 1996, I opened my own independent firm in 1996. Unlike many firms, I have decided to keep a restricted client base so that I can keep a laser focus on the lives of the people I work with. Having been in this field since my mid twenties, I have had the benefit of working with people in all stages of life and living though many of them as well. Some of the most rewarding things I have seen during my tenure include helping clients save for major goals such as retirement and college and seeing them through those times and beyond.
I am dedicated to providing hands on strategic wealth planning and portfolio management to my clients. Simply put, I strive to be our client’s trusted advisor.
I have several Strategic Partners that efficiently serve our back offices:

How it works
We are responsible for the portfolio structure, manager selection, and manager evaluation within an investment portfolio.
We strive to select the best investment talent from a global network that includes institutional money managers, then direct and supervise the overall investment program. This outsourcing approach allows us to:
Select the most appropriate managers specializing in specific market sectors
Leverage institutional investment managers generally available only to organizations with many millions of dollars to invest
Implement strategic fund portfolio-level changes more cost-effectively
Continuous multilevel monitoring of these managers helps ensure investment performance is driven by each manager’s individual security selection. This enables us to work towards:
Providing more consistent returns
Lowering overall volatility
We analyze the performance of these money managers on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, evaluating everything from security trades to complete organizational reviews. Those managers who fail to achieve stated goals – or deviate from their stated philosophy – are subject to replacement.
